If you'd like to get in touch with us, simply send an email to support@kiddystamp.com or use the "Contact Us" link on our website. Be sure to include your inquiry and contact details, and we’ll respond to you shortly.
Order
Once you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you’ve ordered a name stamp, it will be custom-made.
Delivery
Your order is typically delivered directly to your mailbox. However, if the package is too large, it may be sent to a local collection point. Make sure to provide the correct phone number for notifications. Delivery time is usually 7–10 business days, depending on your location in Europe or the US. For express shipping, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Most of our products ship from our partner’s warehouse outside the EU, allowing us to offer lower prices and reduce the environmental impact of shipping.
Prices
All prices in the store are displayed in SEK for Sweden, USD for the US, and EUR for all other EU countries. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
For products shipped from a warehouse outside the EU, import VAT and customs fees may apply. As the customer, you are responsible for covering these costs according to applicable laws. Even if prices appear to include VAT via Klarna, no VAT will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your item. However, this does not apply to personalized products that are custom-made to your specifications. For more information on your right of withdrawal, click here.
Complaints and Returns
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. If your product arrives damaged, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost, in accordance with consumer protection laws. Please contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be filed immediately upon discovering the defect. When reporting a defect, include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot resolve the problem or offer a replacement, we will refund you for the defective item as per consumer protection regulations. We cover return shipping for approved complaints. If the product is not deemed defective under applicable consumer laws, we reserve the right to reject the complaint. Limitation of Liability
We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product. Nor are we liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances could include labor conflicts, fires, wars, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions. We also accept no liability for changes to products or features made by suppliers or other external factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors and to sell out of products. We do not guarantee that product images fully represent the actual appearance of the items, as color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
Payment Providers
When completing a purchase, some information will be shared with our payment providers. This includes your first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal ID number will also be shared. This data is used to process the transaction and protect against fraud. We use Klarna, Shopify Payments, and direct payment as our payment providers.
Shipping Companies
To deliver your order, we need to share your first name, last name, and delivery address with the shipping company. In some cases, your email and/or phone number may also be shared to enable notifications.
Product Suppliers
To deliver your product, we need to provide our suppliers with your personal and shipping details. The supplier then dispatches the product from their warehouse.
Newsletter
If you’ve subscribed to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider to keep you informed about updates and offers for marketing purposes.
Dispute and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved by our customer service team, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
For customers in the EU outside Sweden, complaints can be filed via the EU Commission’s dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish law will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.
Open Purchase
We do not offer open purchase on personalized products made to your specifications. For other products, we offer a 30-day open purchase policy.
