Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you have ordered a name stamp, it will be custom-made to your specifications.
Delivery
Your order is usually delivered directly to your mailbox, but if the package does not fit, it may be delivered to a pickup point. Therefore, it is important to provide the correct phone number for notifications. Delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location. For express shipping, your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Gothenburg.
Most of our products are shipped from our partner's warehouse outside the EU to offer you lower prices and reduce the environmental impact of shipping.
Prices
All prices in the store are displayed in USD when purchasing from the U.S and in EUR when purchasing from EU except SEK when shopping from Sweden. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Please note that for orders of products shipped from warehouses outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties may apply. These costs are your responsibility to pay according to the law. Any fees are handled by the Customs in your country. Even if the price stated by Klarna includes VAT, no VAT will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the item. However, this does not apply to personalized products tailored to your specific requests. For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
Complaints and Claims
We ensure the quality of all products before they are shipped to you. However, if the product is damaged upon arrival, we commit to correcting the issue free of charge under applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.
Any defects or faults must always be reported via email, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the item is found not to be defective under applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the products.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances can include labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for changes to products or product properties made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the sale of out-of-stock products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

Kiddystamp.com is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide as a customer. Your personal data is processed to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers to tailor the marketing to your individual needs. Below is a summary of how we store and process your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To manage your order and respond to inquiries related to your order (customer service), we store your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

Payment Providers
When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes your first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay via invoice, your personal identification number is also stored by the payment provider. This information is stored to complete the purchase and protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers we work with include Klarna, Shopify Payments, and direct payments.
Shipping Companies
To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. This includes your first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Your email address and/or phone number may also be shared for delivery notifications.
Product Suppliers
To deliver your product, we may need to share personal and address details with our suppliers who ship products from their warehouse.
Newsletter
If you have opted to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This allows us to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of all the information we have about you. This will be provided electronically in a readable format.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.

Kiddystamp.se is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the webshop and ensuring compliance with regulations.
How We Protect Your Data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and communicate sensitive information like personal data and passwords. We use the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify Inc.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published online on the website. The updated terms are considered accepted when placing an order or visiting the website.
Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. For residents in another EU country, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In case of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, Swedish law applies.
Open Purchase
We do not offer open purchases for personalized products tailored to your requests. Otherwise, we offer a 30-day open purchase policy.
