Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been customized, such as with names, phone numbers, or other personal engravings.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When your return is approved, you will receive a refund to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

We will provide you with instructions via email on where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more thanΒ 50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
